A simple water globe encasing a rainbow road that seems to wander and wind towards a large rose. 2020 was a weird one, but the friends of the, block now known as, Rainbow Road showed their resilience to remain available to their community. The scene depicted within the water globe encapsulates the feelings of hope, desire and the unknown that the Rainbow Road was born out of. The giant rose, symbolizing Portland, sits below a beautiful rainbow reminding us that without storms, there are no rainbows. Shake the water globe and reminisce.
